We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards throughout various project phases.
  • Conduct inspections for multi-trade contracts to verify adherence to contract specifications.
  • Support the project manager in coordinating field activities among various trades.
  • Assist in managing Field Orders and Change Orders effectively.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations at job sites.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities, materials used, and issues resolved.
  • Identify and address conflicts, organizing meetings as necessary to foster collaboration.
  • Ensure safety and security measures are upheld at all project locations.
  • Guarantee that workmanship meets industry standards.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of experience in construction management, specifically with large-scale building and rehabilitation projects.
  • At least four years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on significant multi-contract projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate project work plans, monitor performance, and ensure coordination among various trades.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and contractors.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Submittal Exchange and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Experience in institutional construction is advantageous.

- Compensation: Min: $40.00/hr - Max: $60.00/hr

- The salary range reflects the firm's good faith estimate for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and location.
