Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed, while ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy behaviors and disease management.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license.
- Graduate from an accredited NP/PA Master's Program.
- Board Certification: Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrated expertise in Family Medicine, including health education, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses for adults and children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
