  • Direct, plan, and apportion the work of store team members on designated shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and monitor adherence to all safety-related regulations, including food safety regulations, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in daily store operational activities as needed, including ringing up guests on a cash register, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained, stocking shelves and coolers, and taking inventory on shelf items.
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job, with no or infrequent breaks.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of work experience preferred
  • 1+ years of management experience preferred
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environments preferred
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment preferred
