Job Title: Business Office Administrator

At HX5, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Administrator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Travel Authorization Requests (TAR) process, managing complex travel funding, and ensuring the accurate tracking of expense reports for contract employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the TAR process and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
  • Manage complex travel funding, expenses, and reconciliation of invoicing.
  • Assist with the in-processing of new hires, working with Corp HR staff, PMs, Deputy PMs, and Task Leads.
  • Administer employee recognition programs, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and certificate issuance.
  • Assist with program office indirect budget, equipment procurement, and supply management.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including employees, partners, government customers, and contracting officials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in government contracting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel formulas and formatting.
