Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler B to join our team at L3Harris. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the production of electronic components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing.
  • Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Work with engineers in conducting experiments and testing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Industry standard solder skills preferred but not necessary upon hire. Successful candidate will receive internal training if necessary and will be required to pass IPC A610 and JSTD 001 solder and rework certification tests.
  • General knowledge of Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices helpful.
