Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites within Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas to perform services
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Instron's products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Two or four-year technical degree from an accredited university or equivalent military/trade school training
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior field service experience
  • Automation systems experience
  • Experience performing preventative or corrective maintenance on servo hydraulic systems
  • Experience with materials testing
