IT Director

Celigo is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT organization and spearhead our technology strategy and infrastructure support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our IT resources, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to enhance Celigo's IT infrastructure, security protocols, and internal processes.
• Oversee the network, systems, security, and help desk teams to ensure they achieve their goals, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and vision.
• Implement and manage robust security measures to protect Celigo's data and systems from internal and external threats.
• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Streamline and enhance help desk operations to provide exceptional support to all internal users.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address coverage gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points within and across departments.
• Devise and execute on a strategy around internal information management that is logical, centralized, and easy to search and maintain.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline management of internal user processes, especially automations and controls around user onboarding, off-boarding, and application access.
• Analyze and utilize metrics to drive continuous improvement in IT processes, infrastructure, and service delivery.
• Lead complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring feasibility, detailed planning, effective implementation, and seamless integration.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with third-party vendors, managing RFI/RFP processes, bake-offs, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring it aligns with the department's objectives and growth.

• 8+ years of experience driving cross-functional IT projects for late-stage technology startups.
• 5+ years of experience leading IT organizations with diverse skill sets across infrastructure and technical support.
• Domain knowledge and expertise of multiple disciplines, including IT systems, DNS, DMARC, networking, security, and compliance.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Help Desk ITSM (Jira).
• Experience managing platform MDM solutions, Jamf and Intune.
• Experience with SaaS file systems (Google Docs, Microsoft OneDrive).
• Expertise in project management tools.
• Experience with integration of information systems, iPaaS solutions (a plus).
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Experience monitoring project financials.
• Experience with working with IAM tools, including SSO and MFA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with a globally distributed workforce.
