Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving business results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to your team, including coaching, training, and developing their skills.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Business Results: Drive business results, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with the local community, including participating in local events and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with inventory management and labor control.
  • Certifications: Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College education in business or a related field may be substituted for some of the required experience.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience with customer service.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, rotating between front and back of house. This includes walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, carrying, pushing and pulling, and in general handling or moving objects weighing up to fifty pounds. You must also have the ability to operate hand-held appliances, sharp knives, and various kitchen equipment.
