Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and services
Perform routine nursing care, administer medications, and maintain infection prevention practices

Requirements:
Active Colorado RN license
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
