Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Irium - Mexico. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our end-users, focusing on excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting associates with the setup or replacement of new workstations and processing tasks or tickets.
  • Providing Level I technical support for all onsite and remote end-users, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Triage, process, communicate, escalate, and resolve all assigned level I tickets through the IT helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Initiating and scheduling with vendors to replace or fix hardware issues.
  • Maintaining and processing changes of user accounts and computers within Active Directory and archiving user data.
  • Setting up and configuring new Windows desktops/laptops or mobile devices for new hires.
  • Performing minimum hardware troubleshooting for workstations, mobile devices, and peripheral devices.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Participating in meetings and projects or tasks assigned by IT management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
  • +1 year of experience in working in an IT help desk, support, or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of any ticketing system.
  • Understanding of IT technology, including computer hardware and Microsoft products.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and troubleshooting focused on computer hardware, mobile devices, and networking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 annual gross, with the potential for higher or lower compensation based on experience, education, and skill set.
