Job Overview

At Espresso Services Inc / Intermix Beverage, we're seeking a skilled Coffee Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining coffee equipment at customer locations and in our shop.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality service and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and maintain coffee equipment at customer locations and in our shop
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Ensure all equipment is properly tagged and check-in forms are completed
  • Communicate with customers on the status of their repairs and parts/supplies shortages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
  • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure security of the facility
  • Assist service technicians with installations and parts delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of multimeter and electrical systems
  • Vo-Tech school degree or equivalent experience
