Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and maintain coffee equipment at customer locations and in our shop
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Ensure all equipment is properly tagged and check-in forms are completed
- Communicate with customers on the status of their repairs and parts/supplies shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure security of the facility
- Assist service technicians with installations and parts delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of multimeter and electrical systems
- Vo-Tech school degree or equivalent experience
