About the Position

We are seeking a part-time lecturer to teach marine science courses to our diverse student body. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and research, with expertise in oceanography or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach small to large lecture courses as well as seminars and activity sections.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the university's goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Science or related fields or equivalent is strongly recommended.
  • MS degree with teaching experience would be considered for teaching activity sections.
  • Knowledge of the subject matter of the specific course.
