About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in marine science topics, including oceanography, marine ecology, statistics, sampling and experimental design, data analysis, scientific writing, and graduate seminar. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the curricular needs of the Moss Landing Marine Laboratories faculty.

Salary Range: $55,070 - $103,470 per year (based on experience)

Required Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. in Science or related fields is strongly recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A commitment to student learning and team performance is essential.
