Production Assembler

General Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare workstations by studying assembly instructions and gathering necessary parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
- Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or measurements to ensure accurate assembly.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Fulfill daily quotas to ensure assembly work orders are shipped on time.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Communicate with leads and supervisors regarding discrepancies or assistance needed.
- Promote and exercise safety by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in a production setting is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (may require extended hours and/or weekends as needed).
Compensation$9.00/hour + shift incentive of $1.00/hour.
