About the Position

Cornell College is seeking a Clinical Assistant Professor of Elementary Education to join our faculty. This is a full-time, three-year appointment with the possibility of renewal.

Teaching Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching elementary education reading, science, and social studies methods courses, foundations of education courses, and supervising student teachers. Additionally, they will advise education majors, assist with departmental work, and participate in college committee work.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in an education-related field. Experience teaching in K-6 settings is required, with preference given to candidates with post-secondary teaching experience.
