Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Join Ventura MedStaff as a Travel Respiratory Therapist and take on a challenging assignment in New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders.
  • Collect and analyze sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.
  • Measure the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function.
  • Administer treatment prescribed by a physician for the care of patients with abnormalities associated with the process of breathing.
  • Assume primary responsibility for respiratory care treatments, including oversight of respiratory therapy technicians.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of current experience required.
  • Current CRT or RRT certification.
  • ACLS, BLS (AHA), NBRC, and NRP certifications.
  • PALS and CPFT certifications highly preferred.
