We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate/Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and professional lobby and workspace
  • Answer inbound calls, book reservations, and process transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
What We Offer:
  • Total Compensation: $15.75 - $25+ per hour (hourly wage + commissions + bonuses)
