Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner, upholding the company's core values.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels confident and radiant in their own skin.
  • Utilize sales and customer service expertise to build connections with guests and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and professional lobby and workspace, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Answer inbound calls, book reservations, and upsell services to maximize revenue.
  • Greet guests with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Multitask in a high-volume atmosphere, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Meet shift requirements, work flexible days/hours, including weekends, and maintain open availability.

  • Total Compensation: $15.75 - $25+ per hour (hourly wage + commissions + bonuses)
