High-Performing Business Development Consultant

As a Full Desk Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading recruitment firm and take your career to the next level.
In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also work closely with our talented team of recruiters and business developers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. You will also need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities and developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Work closely with our talented team of recruiters and business developers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, using your expertise and knowledge of the market to drive growth and expansion
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum experience in B2B sales or recruitment
- Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work well under pressure

- Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000 per annum)
