About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Specialist to join our team at Alta View Gastroenterology Group in Sandy, UT. As a Physician in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Practice at Alta View Gastroenterology Group in Sandy, UT with access to a DaVinci robot and privileges at Alta View Hospital
  • See an average of patients per day in clinic
  • Participate in a team-based GI practice model with physician, APP, and nurse teamwork across our clinic and endoscopy locations

What we offer:

We provide a competitive salary with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance based on distance, student loan repayment, and a training stipend. We also offer a generous benefits package, paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance to support your continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
  • ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
