Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Good Samaritan Society in Holstein, IA, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop and implement care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Holds an active RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or possesses multistate licensure if practicing in a NLC state.
