About the Job
We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team on evening shifts. You will be responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe administration of care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care

Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Obtains required department-specific competencies and certifications
