Position Summary:
Poly-America, L.P. is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Production Packager within our manufacturing team. Our company specializes in producing a variety of polyethylene products, including premium trash bags and films for construction and agricultural use.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Packager, you will be tasked with the essential duties of packaging and palletizing plastic goods. Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace is crucial. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
Our packagers operate on a structured schedule of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, working 12-hour shifts. The specific days worked will vary weekly, and candidates must be prepared to work any day of the week.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial, construction, or general labor environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work either night or day shifts as directed by management.
- Commitment to learning and adhering to Poly-America's processes and procedures.
- Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory for this position.
