Plumbing Instructor

O Tech is seeking a skilled Plumbing Instructor to join our team. As a Plumbing Instructor, you will be responsible for providing technical instruction to students enrolled in our Plumbing Apprenticeship program.

• Develop and implement curriculum for the Plumbing Apprenticeship program
• Provide instruction to students in a safe and productive learning environment
• Administer and grade tests to assess student progress
• Advise students on career development and job placement opportunities
• Maintain contact with area employers to ensure curriculum relevance
• Develop and prepare curricula changes based on industry trends and employer feedback

• Current Utah Commercial Plumber License
• Preference given to those with a Utah Master Plumbers license
• Teaching experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows-based personal computers

The Plumbing Instructor will work two night shifts per week from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Availability to help cover other night shifts is a plus.
