Soliant Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district in Tyler, TX. As an SLP with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and backgrounds, providing individualized speech therapy services to enhance their communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Monitor student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy services, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
