About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and supervising a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in an early childhood setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA to ensure high-quality services are provided
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current Texas state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • CCC's (Certified Clinical Competence) in Speech Language Pathology
