We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Insight Global. As a Charge Nurse in our ICU department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.

About the Role

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Current Kansas RN licensure
  • At least 1 year of RN experience (preferred ICU experience) or at least two years of recent patient care experience in a similar healthcare setting as a CNA, LPN, MA
  • Graduated from an Accredited Nursing Program
  • ACLS and BLS certification
