Job Title: ICU RNs

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Insight Global. As a Charge Nurse - Night Shift, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned ICU RN to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. As a Charge Nurse - Night Shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of nurses and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Kansas RN licensure
  • At least 1 year of RN experience (preferably ICU experience) or at least two years of recent patient care experience in a similar healthcare setting as a CNA, LPN, MA
  • Graduated from an Accredited Nursing Program
  • ACLS and BLS certification
