House Advocate

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated House Advocate to join our team. As a House Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery activities of clients and providing essential care and support.

• Support the recovery activities of clients, including assisting with daily living tasks and providing supervision and redirection as needed.
• De-escalate problem behaviors with clients and update client records as necessary.
• Provide treatment services as directed by the treatment team, including administering medication and completing necessary administrative tasks.
• Maintain a visible presence in the unit by circulating through the building and being alert to fire and safety hazards.
• Conduct room checks and room searches as necessary, and assist with the intake and discharge processes.
• Monitor client activity on cameras and check in clients returning to the facility.
• Facilitate visiting hours for clients and their visitors, and ensure the building is secure.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and medication sign-off.
• Ability to utilize and navigate computers, laptops, and/or tablets to complete daily documentation and communication.
