House Advocate

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated House Advocate to join our team. As a House Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery activities of our clients, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing essential care and services.

• Support the recovery activities of clients, including assisting with daily living tasks and de-escalating problem behaviors.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, such as updating client records and completing necessary paperwork.
• Provide supervision and redirection in interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Administer medication in accordance with treatment plans, under the direction of the Medical Director and Registered and Licensed nursing staff.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a healthy and nutritious diet for our clients.
• Monitor client activity on cameras and check in clients returning to the facility, ensuring a secure environment.
• Facilitate visiting hours for clients and their visitors, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to utilize and navigate computers, laptops, and/or tablets, to complete daily documentation or communication through email, an Electronic Medical Records System, or other company used programs.
