We are currently in search of a skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our Transportation division in Phoenix, Arizona.

With several exciting projects in progress, we are looking for a full-time professional who possesses strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for contributing to our expanding team. This role will involve collaboration with fellow engineers, project managers, and technical personnel in the creation of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure initiatives, including the design of roadways, drainage systems, site grading, and water and sewer utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop roadway, pedestrian, water/wastewater infrastructure, civil site, and related projects.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from management and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
  • Support stormwater planning and management, modeling, and design as needed.
  • Coordinate with utility companies throughout the design phase.
  • Conduct site inspections of project locations.
  • Perform technical research and investigations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of completed tasks through established Entellus quality assurance and quality control processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, or the ability to obtain registration within one year.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D design software and Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills being an advantage.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with Entellus staff and external clients.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site inspections.
  • Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Salary Range is $80,000 - $130,000 (+ OT, Bonus, and 401K).
