We are seeking a highly skilled Market Cash Leader/Financial Analyst to join our team at Johnson Controls International. This individual will play a critical role in driving business results and providing analytical support to our Regional Controller and Regional Management Team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and support to Regional Teams on financial and business-related issues.
- Monitor and report on financial performance metrics, including Trade Working Capital, DSO, and under-billed metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cash collections and reduce disputes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including legal counsel.
- Assist with monthly regional performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, including ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
