Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bristol Health. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical care services to clients under the direction of Director/Charge Nurse
  • Effectively participate in the clinical care of clients in support of the nursing function
  • Collect vitals, report abnormal readings, and document all pertinent information
  • Administer personal hygiene, assist with dressing, and toileting as required
  • Identify needs for assistive devices and report changes in client status

Requirements:

  • Current CT CNA registration
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Graduate of CNA long-term care certified training program
  • Demonstrate patience, kindness, and good observation and communication skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and perform prolonged periods of walking, standing, and stooping

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
