Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $27-31 per hour, with a shift differential of $0.50 for second and third shifts. Job Description

This role involves performing preventive maintenance on utilities equipment, troubleshooting and repairing ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, steam, domestic water, chemical, and condenser systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including pump rebuilds, sensor calibrations, and PMs on Vilter and Frick compressors. They must also be able to perform ammonia pump outs safely and have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CMMS programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration and utilities technician roles
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude, including knowledge of mechanical systems and product manuals
  • Basic electrical knowledge, including NFPA 70e requirements
  • Current Ammonia Operator I or equivalent certification
