Job Summary:

The Southcentral Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Assistant to provide administrative and technical support in the area of benefits. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the benefits team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of benefits policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of benefits-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Employee Health Requirements:

The Southcentral Foundation requires all employees to comply with our Employee Health Procedure, which includes job-related employee health screening and immunizations. This role is designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, which requires documentation of completed immunizations prior to the first day of employment.
