  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and timely care.
  • Monitor and document patient condition, including vital signs and medication administration.
  • Evaluate and update patient care plans as needed to achieve planned and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

  • One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
