Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract RN Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek, working 12-hour night shifts.

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery department of a reputable hospital. You will lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring effective resource management and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate closely with the facility's CNO to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience
  • 1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting
