Job Title: Emergency Department Nurse

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in New Hampshire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, including those requiring life-saving interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in emergency department nursing.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR system.
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
