Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will cultivate a fulfilling career centered on maximizing both your own and your clients' performance. Under the mentorship of dedicated managers, you will develop a personalized approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning, ensuring your career in Personal Training is as boundless as your enthusiasm.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Managing your Personal Training business effectively
  • Building and sustaining an active client base
  • Maintaining an organized schedule, including client appointments and availability
  • Marketing and selling personal training programs through various channels
  • Staying informed about all club services, programs, and products
  • Providing exceptional service and hospitality to members
  • Conducting fitness assessments and guided workouts
  • Creating and coaching tailored programs for clients, both in-person and virtually
  • Ensuring a safe and organized fitness environment
  • Engaging in continuous professional development through education and training
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a relevant degree
  • Opportunity for certification reimbursement for non-certified applicants
  • Eligibility for higher tier positions based on experience and education
  • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
  • Passion, ambition, and knowledge in fitness
  • Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
