Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at La Costa Glen Carlsbad CCRC LLC. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for performing general laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and sorting clothing and linens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs general laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and sorting clothing and linens.
  • Picks up and delivers laundry in the residences building, kitchens, pool, therapy, beauty salon, and health center as directed.
  • Ensures that the laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
  • Replenishes laundry chemicals as needed.
  • Wears all required PPE during sorting process or when handling contaminated linens.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Shift hours are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license.

Requirements

  • Previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States.
