Job Summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain operational functionality of building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
  • Operate, test, and manage property systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations and other applicable government rules.
  • Recommend energy-saving initiatives and participate in the Demand Response load shedding program.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of related work experience in operating commercial buildings.
  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety Systems.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40-$45/hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401(k) matching.
