Role Overview:
  • Handle a substantial caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers
  • Supervise pre-litigation case management teams and support personnel
  • Negotiate settlements while remaining informed on personal injury legislation
  • Adopt best practices to enhance operational efficiency
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates throughout the case lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of experience in pre-litigation and personal injury law
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ethical practices
