About the Role

Cortica is a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to delivering life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We are seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to join our interdisciplinary team in West Springfield and surrounding areas.

Job Description

As an ABA Supervisor, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team that is pioneering a unique whole-child approach to autism care. You will provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring quality clinical care and meeting productivity expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines
  • Providing monthly supervision to all RBTs and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences
  • Monitoring and updating programming aspects of each client's clinical case, and updating the team accordingly
  • Organizing and analyzing data for progress report writing
  • Meeting with the ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours
  • Participating in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader
  • Participating in and/or leading department meetings
  • Participating in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a master's degree in a human services discipline or related field, hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain, and have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with autism. You should also bring some fieldwork experience, including skills applicable to working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $81,777.78 to $102,222.22 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth.
