Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Bungalows at Riverchase. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure food quality, quantity, and presentation meet our high standards
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Manage food production in the absence of the Lead Cook or Food and Beverage Director
- Rotate menus and production sheets to ensure variety and compliance with dietary needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
- One year of job-related experience, including food preparation and therapeutic diets
- Current SERV Safe certificate or ability to participate in food services sanitation training
