We are seeking a skilled Senior Autism Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. This role will provide therapy services to young children with autism, utilizing the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). As a key member of our care team, you will collaborate closely with other specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned therapist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism. As a Senior Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, play-based ESDM therapy services to children aged 2-6 years old.
  • Conducting multidisciplinary assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals.
  • Participating in weekly interdisciplinary care meetings to ensure seamless coordination of client care.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress, updating treatment plans, and communicating changes to team members and families.
  • Partnering with families to set ambitious goals, build strong relationships, and support their journey towards empowerment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • A current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention and working with young children with autism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as proficiency in navigating digital devices.
