Located in Lakewood, Colorado, Soar Autism Center seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA at Soar Autism Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. This includes collaborating with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, implementing ESDM-based therapy plans, overseeing a team of clients, conducting standardized assessments, refining treatment plans based on progress, and building strong partnerships with families.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field, as well as current BCBA certification. Previous experience in early intervention is highly preferred, along with clear professional communication skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes quality medical, dental, and vision plans, a company 401K with company contribution after one year, 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off, up to one telehealth/remote working day each week, and more.
