Responsibilities
  • Provide direct preventive and primary care services to patients, including health maintenance, acute care, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Medical Specialties (AOBMS).
  • Current and unrestricted applicable Wisconsin MD/DO license.
  • One to three years' experience in Family Practice, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) or Community Health Clinic (CHC) setting.
