Your Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive capacity analysis and data management for DoD SATCOM systems. Your analytical skills will be essential in designing, developing, and advancing satellite communication technologies. You will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge areas such as narrowband and commercial SATCOM, as well as the integration of 5G mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize over 5 years of systems engineering experience to analyze technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Engage with various satellite communication technologies, including mobile wireless networks and advanced commercial systems.
  • Provide strategic technical insights to DoD clients, producing high-quality analytical documents and presentations.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences through various formats.
  • Maintain a Secret clearance to access classified information as required.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience with end-to-end satellite communication systems, including terminals and gateways.
  • Familiarity with digital engineering practices, particularly model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Understanding of DoD SATCOM policies and acquisition regulations.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance is advantageous.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant technology field is preferred.
