Job Title: Finance Director

iMMAP France is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for evaluating organizational needs and implementing strategies to increase efficiencies and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day financial health and stability of iMMAP France, working closely with the CEO to prioritize accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with funder regulations and internal policies and procedures, providing timely reports and guidance to staff to ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, manage financial reporting systems, accounts payable and receivable, external payroll services, and audits.
  • Supervise finance staff and outsourced accounting services, guiding project directors on award regulations and reviewing overall budgets and costing.
  • Act as a business liaison with grantors and other funding agencies, reviewing and submitting financial reports in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing financial operations, with at least 5-7 years of experience leading audit preparation, accounting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and financial data analysis skills, with the ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and accounting application systems, with experience in contract and grant management policies and procedures.
