Cognitive Superiority Implementation Specialist

Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Superiority Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Warfare Development - Cognitive Warfare Branch, you will play a pivotal role in implementing NATO's Cognitive Warfare strategies and enhancing the Alliance's cognitive capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cognitive Warfare Development: Lead the implementation of NATO's Cognitive Warfare Concept by developing strategies and operational plans that enhance NATO's cognitive capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with NATO's Warfare Development staff to ensure cognitive strategies are integrated into broader NATO missions and operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple NATO bodies, including member states, partner nations, and academic institutions, to foster innovation and integrate cutting-edge cognitive strategies into NATO operations.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing cognitive skills among NATO personnel.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of cognitive warfare strategies and provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in cognitive science, psychology, military studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cognitive warfare, psychological operations, or related areas.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cognitive and psychological assessment tools, strategic planning software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
